TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BOOKINGS

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a course that you have booked, please let us know as soon as possible
If you have arranged for a colleague to attend in your place, this will be accommodated at no charge
If you cancel more than 4 weeks before the date of the course, you will be charged a £25 administration fee.
If you cancel within 4 weeks of the course, you will be charged the full course fee.
In the event of a cancellation of a course we will not be held accountable for travel, accomodation and other costs incurred. However, the workshop fees will be refunded.
